In accordance with consumer protection legislation, you have the right to return your products purchased from casaparini.com, writing an email to hello@casaparini.com within fourteen (14) calendar days, beginning on the day you receive your order. Then you have fourteen (14) calendar days to send them to us at your own expense.
The products must be returned in perfect condition, unused, unwashed and with the original packaging. The return should be shipped to Via Giuseppe Parini 9, 10121 Torino, Italy.
Once we have received your returned item/s we will refund you the products price within 7-14 working days.
